Wiggin Properties Acquires Property Client Services
June 4, 2019 - Wiggin Properties announced today that it has purchased the Tulsa-based property management company Property Client Services, LLC (PCS) to merge with Wiggin Properties' commercial property management division for the Tulsa metro area. The company has named Gail Fair, the former PCS owner, as Wiggin Properties' new Vice President of Property Management.
Casual conversations led to more than a year of serious talks between Fair and the Wiggin Properties executive team. "At first we spoke about Tulsa's property management market potential in general terms," said Paul Selid, Wiggin Properties Executive Vice President. "Then we shared candid assessments of what each of our companies needed to grow in this sector. Fortunately, what one company needed the other had."
Wiggin Properties needed additional property managers and technicians to grow their footprint in the Tulsa metro area. Fair and her team, who have all joined Wiggin Properties, have relocated their operations to join Wiggin Properties' Tulsa commercial property management team in the Meridian Tower, at 5100 E. Skelly Drive.
PCS needed a technology infrastructure to support growth and an expanded service mix to provide turn-key service packages to clients. Bringing PCS clients to Wiggin Properties means that Fair and her team can expand services provided to clients to include brokerage, development, asset management and tax credit expertise. Clients will also benefit from a cloud-based accounting and property management system that uses Yardi Voyager software, as well as WigginConnect and other proprietary software. These technologies provide up-to-the-minute business intelligence to property managers and technicians enhancing the team's ability to provide proactive management services.

While Fair will manage the day-to-day property management operations and team for retail, industrial and office properties in the Tulsa metro area, multi-unit residential and mixed-use properties will remain with the residential property management team in the Mayo 420 Building, at 420 S. Main Street, downtown.
Wiggin Properties now manages more than 1.7 million square feet of commercial property in the Tulsa metro area with 82 percent managed for third-party clients. The company's property management division is responsible for more than 3.3 million square feet of commercial property in three states.
